I led the UI/UX structure and rollout design for Sunglass Hut’s Members Only campaign, collaborating closely with CRM and brand teams under tight timelines across multiple phases. My work focused on building responsive landing templates, shaping grid logic around symbolic design principles, and aligning narrative structure with CRM data capture needs. To support the fast-paced campaign rollout, I implemented a modular asset system that allowed rapid adaptation between phases. The campaign launched in specific markets and contributed to a 6.1% increase in CRM sign-ups through the LP flows, directly strengthening first-party data strategy across retail and digital channels.
