I led the UI execution and illustration refinement for Luxottica’s first loyalty program, launched initially in the US and later expanded to the UK and Spain. Over a year-long development cycle, I collaborated with omnichannel, CRM, retail, and marketing teams to align the interface with in-store logic and loyalty mechanics. When delays with external vendors threatened the timeline, I stepped in to support illustration production and structured the UI system for phased delivery. The program went live on schedule and led to a 5.2% increase in loyalty sign-up conversion during its first four months. This pilot now serves as the reference model for upcoming loyalty rollouts across other Luxottica brands, including Ray-Ban and Oakley.
